He advises investors, CDEs, developers, lenders, and nonprofits nationwide—helping them structure and close complex transactions with creativity and precision.

Before founding KCD Legal Partners with Chris Perkowski and Kevin Savory, David was a partner at two national law firms and now serves as Managing Director of Venture Community Capital, LLC, a diversified finance and development company.
