Graham supports the firm’s community development finance practice, working on New Markets Tax Credit, historic rehabilitation, renewable energy, and other impact-focused transactions. He assists with diligence, drafting, and the day-to-day details that keep complex deals on track.

Graham earned his J.D. from Creighton University School of Law, concentrating on business, tax, and commercial law, and previously served in research and compliance roles in both legal and corporate settings. He also holds a B.S. in Finance and Business Analytics from the University of Kansas.
